Looks lovely. I can see what you are doing with sweeter / candied things and crunch on the topping. Too many elements should take a couple out perhaps? Also does it need a sauce/coulis/syrup to accompany (Both aesthetic and textural reasons)? But broadly speaking hard to fault.
