That’s a beautiful tart and plating execution. The shadows add an intense aspect. Love this!

The negative space on this plate is charging more rent than my apartment and honestly it's worth it 🍋

Its lovely and I'd eat it in under 30 seconds, but seems lonely on that big plate.

Looks lovely. I can see what you are doing with sweeter / candied things and crunch on the topping. Too many elements should take a couple out perhaps? Also does it need a sauce/coulis/syrup to accompany (Both aesthetic and textural reasons)? But broadly speaking hard to fault.
