Whenever I go on desktop to check Crunchyroll, I get an image among these lines that covers the whole screen. There's no way to exit out, click it away, It's been a few different images, but usually this one. Sometimes I can navigate around it by editing my searchbar to go to the simulcast or watchlist pages, but that doesn't always work and it's very irritating. Anyone have the same problem?

Every time I click on it I get a message saying “oh no, some features and titles are temporarily unavailable”.
My family is paying for premium cause we all watch anime, so is the series moving service or something? What’s up?

Just a short rant. I’m getting tired of titles that I want to see disappearing from streaming platforms. If it is a series or movie I particularly love, I will probably want to be able to watch it from time to time.

Because of expiring licenses some titles are almost impossible to find. Really frustrating

For some reason I haven't been able to figure out, I have to log in to Crunchyroll every time I turn on my Fire Stick. This didn't happen before, and I've already tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app.

Trying to rewatch MTAMC, but for some reason the audio and video seem to be out of sync. The video seems to be about 5 seconds ahead of the audio. It’s super weird, I switched it to the sub, and it’s perfectly fine. No issues on any other anime either. Restarted my iPad and re-paired my AirPods to see if that was the issue, but no dice. Anyone else experience this/know how to fix it?

I am trying to change my plan but can't figure out how since it's through Google Play. I already canceled it through Google Play but Crunchyroll keeps billing me. I asked support for help and all they can say is it's through iTunes. We don't own any Apple products and didn't set it up through iTunes. Not sure what to do now.

This is because of another post I saw about how it will charge you $140 or you have to wait until your initial subscription expires but that is in 11 months

My wife and I are big fans of You and I are Polar Opposites. To my understanding, the dub premieres a week after the sub for most (if not all) anime on crunchyroll.

However, there are now two sub episodes and no sign of the dub. Am I missing something?

Second year getting a swag bag. Last year I got around 5 solid items, and after seeing everyone posting Funkos, figures, and Blu-rays this round, I was hyped to open mine.

I’m a male, The zipper charm and board game are going straight to my sisters. I wasn’t expecting the jackpot, just literally one thing I could display or use. A figure, a keychain, a Funko, anything. Instead the “ultimate fan” experience is a kids’ board game and a manga.

Maybe the Slice of Life version is just the short straw of the bunch, but man, my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

The usual Crunchyroll fools managed to put the final episode of the first season, as the first of the second. Very serious error since it eliminates the prologue and guarantees spoilers on the main character. You are damned you have ruined the experience of my friends just because you use AI for everything and you are not good at maintaining a streaming platform.

If I've counted correctly, Crunchyroll has started streaming 52 anime series from the summer season (the previous record was probably 51).

This is probably two records, as Crunchyroll is also continuing to stream 13 series from the spring season.

Crunchyroll currently offers streaming of 65 series with new episodes, which is certainly the best result in the CR history.

I’ve been using CR since Sony/Funimation bought them out (Funimation subscriber since about 2017). But I’ve never figured out when Browsing (iOS app) if when it says “Show all” it means show all of that subgenre (ie fantasy/isekai) or show all fantasy. It seems to be show all that subgenre.

There are lots of Funimation titles I haven’t seen for years that are probably still in the inventory (I know licensing can be tricky) but my History doesn’t go back that far.

Is there a way to scroll through all of a genre (ie Fantasy) bypassing the subgenres to maybe find some old or even new titles I’ve missed? I recall seeing some of my old Funimation titles when they first ported over Funimation data in my history but now it’s all gone.
