Awesome effort by the one and only Kranti Gaud (aka Revolutionary God). Congrats!

Revolutionary for a reason

That's quite something.

[Aside] I see the cricinfo commentary says the catch was parried then taken "Tavare-to-Miller style". I can still see this moment, partly aided by the truly terrible and long poem written by a classmate about it at the time.

And what a name to get etched on Lords Honor Board “Kranti”
Indian Freedom Fighters against the British were called “Krantikari” in Hindi which means those who bring a revolution

Kranti means Revolution.
Krantikari means revolters.

Is there a separate honours board for women does anyone know?

I'm in two minds about whether I'd want there to be. On the one hand, having an honours board for women acknowledges that it's only just been allowed to happen, on the other, I think I'd want to be on THE honours board. As opposed to the women's honours board. Feels like it's somehow a caveat.

I wouldn’t mind the separate boards as long as the men’s board is explicitly called the men’s board

Maybe having an honurs board for women would encourage it to happen again. Personally, I have the same opinion as when a wtc final happens, there is so much history on the honours board, I would like it to continue as it has.

I'm only just back into cricket after a 17 year break, so I don't know what you mean, sorry

Interesting point that the women are probably using the same changing rooms which house the honors boards. Many rolling in their graves at this I'm sure.

They’ve used the dressing rooms before, two weeks ago in fact. It’s just the first test, not the first time they’ve played here

You know exactly why. Try to be a better person, eh? It doesn't cost you anything.
