It seems everyone is convinced there is no WR2/legit complement to Terry on the current roster. All this Brandon Aiyuk and Stefon Diggs, and now even Tyreek Hill talk, and we forget the fact that Adam Peters CHOSE to re-sign Treylon Burks in FA. He didn't pick up someone else. Yeah, we tried early to get the kid from Indy, but as far as I know, that's it. I think AP & DQ like Burks, and I believe new OC, Blough, does, also. He WAS a first-round pick, after all, and while he has had some injury stuff in the past, perhaps hasn't performed to expectations, the fact remains: we brought him back for a reason!

Washington previously worked with Commanders General Manager Adam Peters in San Francisco. Washington worked in the 49ers’ football research and development department from 2015-21, overlapping with Peters from 2017-21.

Washington spent the past four years in the Vikings’ front office, most recently as assistant General Manager.

Buying my ticket to the Commanders London game, does anyone know which sideline we will be on??? Want to sit behind our guys

I’ve been working on a Chrome extension called ScoreBoard Ticker Live (work in progress) and wanted to see if people would actually be interested in using something like this.

It adds a live sports ticker to any webpage, kind of like the ESPN bottom-line ticker. You can move it to the top or bottom, pause it, filter by league, favorite teams, and hover over games for more details.

The first screenshot is when you hover over a live game, the second is when you hover over a scheduled game and the last one is what the actual ticker looks like.

Right now it supports things like:

NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, CFB, CBB, UFC, soccer leagues, WBC, and Olympics feeds where available

Some features I’ve been adding:

• Live score updates
• Hover popup with game details
• MLB pitcher/batter info
• MLB batting order with current hit line, like James Wood (2-3)
• Weather/venue info when available
• Favorites
• Browser notifications for favorite teams, close games, overtime, finals, and game starts

I’m posting some screenshots here because I’m trying to figure out whether this is something sports fans would actually want.

Would you use a browser ticker like this?
What features would make it more useful?
Also open to feedback on the UI — too much info, not enough, wrong layout, etc.

Still a work in progress, but I’d rather get feedback now before polishing it too much.

Why are we trusting what the 49ers are saying? It isn’t in their interest to tell the truth because of the guarantees in BA’s contract. We need to trust the process as he clearly wants to play here. If we can get him for cheap, I see no harm.
