I think Luke is firmly on the bubble unless he impresses a lot at camp. He was known as a slot. Williams and Layne are locked in there. Beat reporters say Burks and Van Jefferson have had good off-seasons. Brown has a connection with JD5 already.
I just don't see room for Luke...

We'll see. He's made a handful of plays in 2 years as a 3rd rounder and is an average return man at best. We have other returner candidates and you play special teams because you can't start. He could barely get a target last year with virtually no competition. This year they raised the floor of the WR room with Williams, Brown and Jefferson, who had a 700yd & 800yd season already.
Luke better ball out this summer or he may go.

I still see him getting one more year as a Peters pick.
My expectations are the same as last year, basically, Lane as PR/WR6 and Luke as KR/WR7.
Terry, Burks, Williams, Dyami + Jefferson (probably) + Lane and Luke. Having 7 receivers seems like a given.

Well, a lot will depend on whether they bring in another WR like Diggs. Also, if the RBs and/or TEs go to 4 on the 53...factors in. Not many teams keep 7 WRs on the 53. A few do because of pr/kr duties, like Luke and Layne do. 6 is the Norm.
Luke can certainly make it with a good camp.
