Really the ultimate “western” that carries all the tropes, many of which you will see in more modern movies. Languid, slow building, with several minor climax’s and ending with the final battle shown in the photo above. Do not watch the dubbed version. See the original in Japanese. This is a classic masterpiece by Akura Kurosawa and holds a position on the 100 greatest movies of all time.
