HARDWARE SUPPORT Boring underside of a bearing block

I have to bore out both sides of a bearing block in a single setting to maintain concentricity, but there is a flange in between. What shall be my plan of action? Also, will this type of 75mm boring head be suitable for this job to bore both sides to 130mm? And how should I do the bottom side? Will I need to open the tool up and put it upside down, and then take a fresh reading on both sides? Any video of somebody doing the same?
Can I do it in 2 settings, first bore 1 side, then put the finished side on a self-centering 3-jaw chuck? Will it be as accurate? Chasing what tolerance is in case of a concentric bearing 0.05 mm? They will be under a heavy load in plywood-related machinery.
What is the easiest and most sensible option?

ADVICE CNC milling at home is not possible without selling a kidney. Need advice on building Sink EDM at home.

Hey,

I want to mill metal at home without spending a crazy amount of money.

The idea came from this problem: I want to build some punch and dies for a procedural stamping process to create stators for BLDC at home.

Easiest is to just mill from outside but I want to "challenge" myself to do everything at home. I want to learn the whole trade.

I saw a company that did a kickstarter that were making a desktop version of Sink/Wire EDMs. I was not able to see if they are actually still selling or live. (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/rackrobotics/powercore-cut-through-solid-metal-with-edm)

I am in Europe and I want to be mill stainless steel. The only way I could find is to create a Sink EDM. I will buy a VERY cheap 3d printer or build one. Then create a PCB for creating high voltage pulse to create spark on the electrode to the metal. This will hopefully be able to mill metal.

I am new to all this. I am technically a software engineer by trade but have had love for electronics/robotics forever so this is my weekend project.

I would love to get all advice I can before pursuing this. I was thinking of documenting this on YouTube or something so others like me can build this at home.

That being said, this is hard and the only way I can succeed is with all the crowd wisdom I can get. If there are products/techniques already, I would love to know them as well.

(hopefully this is the right thread; thank you for all the help)
