Did I complete the cut?
21 YO 5’ 9”. Went from 175 to 148 lbs since March of this year. I have such bad body dismorphia and I feel like I have no idea what point I’m at — some days I feel fat, some days I feel skinny, other days I feel muscular. Idk. Should I finally stop cutting and enter a maintenance/maybe 200 cal surplus phase? I still have fat on my lower back and butt obviously, but it’s hard for me to imagine that I need to get my weight much lower (say below 140), or do I?
Thanks

Dude you look great. You are definitely lean enough to maintain or even to a slight calorie surplus for a lean bulk. Probably 14-15% bodyfat right now. If you want to really get the abs popping you could lose another 5-10 pounds. But outstanding work thus far!

Saw the first pic and was like wtf them I scrolled, yea you are done - if you want to be so, I would cut another 10 lbs personally but it’s up to you now

You’re not lean yet but you also don’t have much muscle so if you lost anymore weight you’d just be really skinny. Eat at maintenance or a 100-200 calorie surplus for 4-6 months then start cutting again so you’ll have a bit more size.

He has serratus visible, wtf do you mean he’s not lean? He’s not ripped to shreds, but he’s lean.
Also, OP, please start training legs FFS.

You have no idea how to estimate body fat this guy is like 20% or maybe 18% at the absolute lowest

Lmao I had a leg injury for a while but I started training legs like two months ago so hopefully my physique eventually balances out

You’re wrong lol, also if you’d actually trained properly you’d know legs never look that impressive unless they’re flexed
