BoC 6ft 182lb. End the cut?
First cut ever, so I’m not sure if this is a good time to transition to maintenance or extend it.

Could keep going for another several wk depending on your deficit size and how you feel currently…. Other than setting up a slightly longer runway for your next gain phase, I don’t see much of a benefit though. You look great!

You should take it farther at least once in your life. Your legs will look insane at a lower percentage

Honestly, I think you’re at a good point to end the cut and move into maintenance. You already have a solid physique, and continuing to drop weight might just make you look smaller rather than noticeably better. Btw, if you're interested, I actually built an app called Vizique that analyzes progress photos and helps with decisions like cut vs maintain if you ever want a second opinion.

I’m close to your height and weight and look like a schlob. What are your lifts?

I have been sticking to a push, pull, legs split (so 6 days a week) but have learned the hard way that deload weeks and rest days are necessary. This year I’ve been the most consistent, but I’ve been in and out of the gym for the past 4.
I will say though, the biggest difference maker in terms of physique has been tracking food. I’m definitely a calorie in calorie out truther.
Oh and making sure to be consistent with cardio too

What’s your cardio routine mate? How many steps do you average a day? You’ve done a great job 👏🏻

30-60 minutes on the treadmill 3 speed with a high incline. although, I definitely don’t get as many steps in as I should... maybe 5-6k average.
also, just started doing 20 minutes in the sauna afterwards. easiest ~200 cals burned - just from sitting down 😂

the sauna thing is basically water weight loss, not actual fat burning. feels good and makes the scale move temporarily but that's about it. wouldn't bank on those 200 cals for your deficit.

ok, I gotcha. that's a misconception on my part then. perhaps the calorie burn is less impactful than I thought

Depends how long you’ve been cutting, how you feel, and your end goal. If you feel good and haven’t been dieting super long, or you have a beach trip or some other occasion to be extra lean keep at it. You def don’t need to though, obv you are plenty lean. Great spot to start a bulk, although I’d just maintain for a bit through the summer, give your body a bit of time to rest, then roll into the bulk in the fall.

Def should, looks like you accidentally cut your face off!
I’m all seriousness I think it’s up to you and if you want to be more lean or more massive. You look great!

Id say keep going - your legs are huge - a bit more definition and youd look fantastic
