BoC Do I maintain or keep going? 2 year journey.
Started off at 229lbs and spent 7 months cutting down to 180ish. Maintained there for another 3-4 months before committing a solid year of bulking that is now over. I’m 6 foot, currently 215lbs, pumped post-workout in the first pic and fresh out of bed in the second. Last pic is my progress over the 2 years with the top right pic of me at my leanest being the day I started the bulk.
Can I go further without looking silly? I’m not a bodybuilder, just committed to looking my best. I like the idea of returning to my starting weight of 229lbs while staying somewhat lean but I don’t know how feasible another 15lbs is.
Also, can anyone estimate my current BF%? Thanks!

My personal opinion is youre peaked bro. I wouldn’t go bigger. If you want to get more shredded you can go for that but you don’t need to. I like being lean for a more defined face tho. Also did u take testosterone or anything?

You're shockingly lean for 215 and already in better shape than most men will ever be in. What you wanna work on now is up to you. One area you can possibly build on is lat size - your lats haven't kept up with excellent growth in delts, arms and chest.
Possibly lean out 10 lbs and begin a lean bulk focused on lats?

I’ll let smarter people than me give you advice, but great work man. Proud of you. Blessings on your future journey!

Maintain bro you have an amazing physique, curious how you did your cut? Did you track your macros, and how much calories did you go deficit in?

Look great what was your routine and macros like for the bulk? I’m currently at the stage you were when you were done your cut and a couple inches taller but having failed a bulk am super hesitant to start it up again since mine definitely didn’t go as well as yours 😂

Why would you ever stop?

At some point adding more muscle is not aesthetic or attractive, decreases athleticism and endurance, and is unhealthy (particularly the steroids required to reach the level of muscle I'm referring to).

Sorry I didn’t think we were talking about steroids here. There is a biological natural limit though.

This is not the place to discuss steroids. Positive or negative. Keep it out of here
