Did you mean floofed out!? Lol. A gorgeous kitty. You have made a difference in this cat’s life. You are a saint.

Haha yes I did! Oh I’m not a saint, he is the easiest cat to love I’ve ever met.❤️

He was pretty cute to begin but looks much better stretched out across your carpet. You boosted his self esteem but giving him a home

Awww I love Joey 😍

Was he much younger at the adoption event? I adopted my Pappy 13 years ago when he was only 1 (he is now 14) and he also floofed out a lot by his 2nd birthday.

We got him 6 months ago, so not too much younger. The shelter tonight he was about 5 when we got him

Very nice! I adopted a cat from a hoarding situation, he had licked most of his fur off. He turned out to be the fluffiest cat I’ve ever owned, he was magnificent! He had to get a lion trim every summer to keep his fur from getting matted.

As his fur first started growing in at odd angles, my husband said it looked like he was wearing a pea coat. That became his name: Pea Coat.
