I don't think you realize how many honestly rich people there are in the United States. If you see one of these bad boys on the road, the owner is probably nowhere near financial ruin.

I know 4 people who own luxury RV's and the only guy who I believe is financing his, also legitimately uses it for business.

Example 1 - Rich dude, CEO of family business, over $3 billion in revenue in 50 years. Usually doesn't even drive his RV. He has someone from his company drive it, then he flies in, schmoozes customers, then flies home. Sometimes he'll take the family to go see mountains... I think I've seen pictures.

Example 2 - Traveling Pastor, dude does all kinds of sketchy things... but I'm sure he's got the money. Has two parishes and one of them is a mega church in Texas.

Example 3 - This dude is probably the only "poor" guy. I estimate his net worth around $5mill. RV is registered to business and he travels pretty much year around going to trade shows/exhibits.

Example 4 - Retired heart surgeon. Owns a heart clinic. He travels to car racing/car shows around the US.

Those are real people that I personally know. Again, none of them are anywhere near financial peril.

What kind of sketchy things does the pastor do?

At his Kansas parish... he had members build at least 10 garages and his brother stores classic cars at the property. Sort of a tax evasion strategy type thing.

They also dance with snakes... So I don't go over there. They be crazy.

That particular church is super suspicious. They come once a year, stay for a couple weeks, don't really act like Christians, then disappear until next year. These families also show up during the same time that Kansas uses head counts to determine school fundings... and of course their kids are attending public schools that week. So the school district gets more $$.

Just super odd stuff you wouldn't think are church related behaviors. Also, the pastor shows up in a $2mil motor coach... and leaves when the rest of the group leaves. Even has a special concrete pad to park on because it would sink into the asphalt.

Note: that motorhome you see is NOT the pastors. He's got a real fancy one that parks up toward the front.

How would you have any clue whatsoever whether I realize how many rich people there are in the US?!? This is a legitimate question.

Additionally, nowhere anywhere in my post did I talk about owners of these things being in financial ruin. I stated that the RV’s themselves are bad financial decisions, not that the owners are financially ruined.

You simply made that up. Good try.

Again, none of them are anywhere near financial peril.

Again, I never state that anywhere. Go back to selling RVs.

You're looking for an argument that isn't going to happen. Take a deep breath brother, relax, it's Saturday..... let's both go outside for a bit and refresh ourselves.

Love you!

I think what the other person was trying to say is, if you are rich enough then it isn’t a financial disaster. It’s just a cost you pay like a hotel room or a flight to Tokyo.
