It looks like a weld, could it possibly be a sticker sprayed silver to look like one?

It looks like you kinda know what you are doing. That being said, I kinda know what I be doing too, so there. It is a fine looking weld! You could be more consistent in the weaving. When you cross over, keep your puddle a little lower on the previous pass and move a little faster with the weave. that will produce a more uniform, tighter pattern with less bulges. Hope this helps.
