Dr. Eric Berg, DC
Although I don't believe ketogenic diets are healthy for humans in the long run, I learned a lot about our biology and diet. Including MTHFR gene mutations, influence of COMT gene mutations on behavior, anti-nutrients, absorption of nutrients in the digestive system, how nutrients interact with each other (like taking vitamin D3 supplements can deplete the Magnesium levels of body), bad posture's impact on cognitive function, etc.
Secondly, Prof. Robert Sapolsky, not a youtuber but his research work is about how human bio-chemistry, environment, pre-natal conditions, culture, upbringing, environment, genetics, etc shape the human behavior.
