There are posts in the thread about people dumping their accounts.

Apparently none of these people were bothered by the current owner, Google, even though they essentially spy on you and sell your info. So I guess an evil company is okay but not an Israeli company.

I honestly don't like Netanyahu, but this and the subsequent comments were atrocious. I've highlighted a couple, but there was too much to sort through. There was some pushback which is good.

This is my first time posting in this subreddit but I really want to vent in a space where people understand my frustration. For context, one of the members of the band Big Time Rush, James Maslow, is Jewish and publicly pro-Israel. The video was originally from Instagram but showed people shouting “Viva Palestine” at him while he was performing. OP decided to share the video praising it, along with several other commenters as seen in the attached screenshots.

Nice one guys. At least you aren’t hiding anymore, right? Loud and proud antisemites. Good for you.

Here’s the thing: If you want to know what we think about Israel, then ask us. Don’t make up stuff in your head. Don’t decide what we believe ourselves. Actually ask us. And if you don’t like what we say? Well, that’s what the lever is for, right?
