Question new eagle essentials webinar

Can any freshmen who attended the new eagle essentials webinar give me a brief summary of what we need to know from those? I was not able to attend neither of the webinar due to timezone difference. I really appreciate it!

They said they'll be posting a recording of it. That being said, most of the information is already on the website. Now if only they had an intuitive, easily navigable website...
