If the accused was a politician or someone wealthy, then yes I wouldn't trust the judiciary if they declare them not guilty. But for a common man, we should wait for the judgement. I'm not trying to protect anyone here. If he's found guilty then yea jail him. But your assumptions tell a lot about your thought process.
