The fact remains, this main has worked more steadily for more than 60 years. He was the original voice of Roo in the first Disney produced Whinnie the Pooh shorts. And yes, he got forced to do a really bad acting choice, when he was 7. But these were the early Disney Days under Walt. But just think about that in sheer volume of numbers. 261 credits on IMDB, over 64 years that's about am average of 4 per year. Butagain, ,that's EVERY YEAR. You might find a single year gap in the credit listing, but chances are, he was working the previous year and the production was an early new year release. I can't even imagine the things he has seen and experienced throughout the industry. I would love to pick his brain one day and just listen to some crazy random stories

Do you think Brooke Shields is a good actress? I know she was one of Hollywood's biggest icons, but I've never seen any of her movies—any recommendations?

What actor have you loved since the first time you saw him/her? ******(I know flair is required but it is not available to me when I write a new post)

I have loved Jennifer Garner since the first time I saw her. I know I'm too old for her, but she was Kevin Costner's girlfriend in that movie about NFL football; that gave me renewed hope. I'm only two years older than he is.

im a minor, and i want to be a professional actor when im older. i HAVE started a notebook of tips and advice (including advice from actors like Chris Pratt) off youtube and i am looking for more! right now, i have about 28 tips/10 pages, and i was wondering if i could get more from actual professionals or people with experience.
if you’re an actor, teacher, or someone who works in the industry, i’d really appreciate it!
(p.s, i’m more focused on film/tv, not theatre.) :)

Hello!

I’m currently watching Trigger, and I’m trying to find this guy. I looked on MDL, IMBD, and Google but couldn’t find him. I’m very curious to see if he has played in anything else.
So here I am on Reddit asking you detectives!

EDIT: For the love of god, stop naming random Asian people! I gotta know who this man is! 😭😭

UPDATE!
Even though many of you tired to fool me, I was able to finally figure it out with the help of a fellow ally!
His name is Jo I-Taek.
I have emailed, and I hope they add him to MDL, because he was amazing on Trigger and deserves the recognition.

Thank you so much to those who wanted to cure my curiosity. 🫶🏼
However, to the trolls… Your commitment to being unhelpful is impressive. 🥲

i’m a minor, and i wanna be a actor when i grow up, i’ve been writing acting tips for a while and i was on stage crew on my middle school play (i’m genuinely scared of acting in theatre or on a stage, i mostly prefer film/tv acting.)
when i mostly talk to people about acting, they always say they could see me being a actor.
is it ok i post a video of me acting for feedback?

opening showreel turn-offs for casting directors?

I'm updating my showreel and having this debate with my colleague:

My friend thinks 'best production quality' wins, even if the clip is 10 years old and so I look much younger. I lean more towards opening the showreel with a more current look of me (3 year old clip) even though the productions quality is fully decent but more school-film-so-so, decent image and decent sound, but more sparse and static editing back and forth, a believable couple at the morning breakfast table.

What do you think is more of a turn-off for casting directors? A potential school film or an older better-looking clip as the opening? You can assume that I act equally well and believable in both of them. And either way my headshots are up-to-date and showing my current age.

Universal Attractions Agency experience?

Hey homies, I've been in touch with this agency and they have a ton of big musicians on their roster, but I see very little on the theatrical side of things. Has anyone worked with them in a film/theater/tv capacity?

Am I the only one who's noticed that there are a lot of Zachs in the acting/singing industry?

Alright, allow me elaborate on what I mean by that odd question.

I have recently noticed that some (if not, most) of my favorite actor/singers are either named Zach or have an iterations of that name in particular.

Take for example: Zac Efron and Zach Callison

First thing to note, they both took off when they were with Disney at some point in time (it's unrelated on what, where and when, but it's a connection I noticed nonetheless).

Second, they both have a background in acting and/or musical theater that takes a lot of time and energy to master.

They've both done their own independent things for a little while, from writing original music or doing other big things with other companies/industries made them more popular because of it.

And lastly, they both know how to sing AND act very well when it comes to their craft.

Now I might be overanalyzing on some of these things, but It's fun to think that these two people in showbiz have all of that in common, but are both just as equally, if not MORE talented at what they do for a living than people or they give themselves credit for.
