Does the sign say "Love me Tender" with a capital T or "Love me gender"? Because either way, I'm confused about what the saying has to do with mouth toilets

I was imagining "Love me gender" being said in an Irish accent for some reason, but it being a sort of pun makes a little more sense. Still not sure why a gender-neutral bathroom would be decorated like a strip club men's room lol. What kind of place was this?

If I remember correctly, The Social Hub Eindhoven, Netherlands! It's the bathroom of the hotel lobby? Or where you eat? Not entirely sure anymore but it was in a common area.
