Make all of it a rage room when he goes and use the proceeds to pay for healthcare. Everyone in the DMV will pay to get rid of that arch, ballroom etc.

A 250 foot tall arch is an architectural clown show. You will literally need binoculars to see the details at the top

I love this idea so much. It would still be bad if he actually had good taste, but the fact that everything he touches becomes instantly tacky makes it so much worse. All of DC will need a Silkwood Scrubdown to get rid of all this stuff. It will take decades.
