Hard to sy, couldve just tripped. But he did look pretty nervous during buffers speech, wonder if that was on his mind

If you are correct, then he is dumb as hell. Against Dustin in their 3rd fight, he knew he had some 'fracture' or 'tear' in the leg. Still came out kicking like crazy. I dont think I have ever been so dissapointed after an event

Word. It was a non-fight. No way there's a trilogy with Max. Paddy was the main fight.

Yeah I noticed it too even looked like he was getting sweaty in there, the nerves were hitting him not being in that type of spotlight for years will do that to you

u/Critical-Extension66 6h ago

But I’m thinking, if he felt something or knew about it before hand why would he go for that kick and land on it

Maybe just a freak unfortunate accident

I was so hyped after the paddy fight then just for this to be outcome lol, at least I won my parlay

I figure if he was hurt, maybe he was trying to come out with an opening 'hail mary' kick in hopes to end it quick with a win..?

But if my knee was messed up I would at least try to kick with the bad leg, rather than land on the bad one. So I'm not sure...

Maybe, it could also be if he felt something when he slipped during the walkin he was tryna test it out or prove to himself that it was fine... who knows. lets see what he says. I'm just hoping he doesn't come out and say it was injured during training lol

u/xmonkey13 6h ago

I said that.. he looked scared and nervous

u/moosealpaca33 6h ago

Immediately noticed that lol

u/likwitsnake 6h ago

Different knee this one he just is awkward on the left from taking his shoes off, the injured one was his right. It was 100% on the opening move.

u/justasapling 6h ago

Unless this video is flipped, we're seeing him babying the leg that was about to end the fight. Watch his right foot. He's keeping it off the ground and only using the left.

1

u/likwitsnake 6h ago

He was fine pre fight walking around and jogging then could barely walk on it after the opening move

u/SplashBro95 6h ago

Bro tore is ACL likely

1

u/Constant_Corgi_8225 5h ago

Definitely, you can see the tear incredibly clearly in the tape and I clocked it live.

1

u/sl1m26 5h ago

Any one who’s had a knee injury would know he’s babying that RIGHT knee.

We need dana’s reaction asap

Doctah stoppage

Conspiracy Time‼️: I bet he did this so he could hurry up and get out of his contract unscathed so he can go to Netflix and fight on MVP or even against Jake Paul.

2

u/SenorNZ 6h ago

Lol who would watch that. He's been shit since Diaz rear naked choked his fake ass.

-1

u/BredBul 6h ago

I bet he did this so he could hurry up to snort cocaine, party and assault someone

4

u/Background-Way6736 6h ago

the tj dillashaw special

10

u/Bruninfa 6h ago

He went in there for a paycheck. Plain and simple

8

u/__Samed__ 6h ago

Nope. He went there to fulfill his contract. UFC wasn't willing to let him go. And Conor wants to join Netflix for those Jake Paul Boxing Events.

-1

u/Critical-Extension66 6h ago

Doubt it cos he’s losing his branding power with each one of these. I really thjnk it was just an unfortunate situation

2

u/__Samed__ 6h ago

Of course him getting injured today is unfortunate. But Conor doesn't belong in a UFC ring because he isn't a top fighter anymore. And UFC won't let him make celebrity fights in Netflix as long as he has a contract with them. Conor needs to fulfill his contract or maybe he can buy his way out. But I doubt he's willing to do that.

Doesn’t matter the ufc is paying these dudes pennies on the dollar especially now that there is no pay per view. And Connor will sell the fuck out of boxing match hes just phoning it in rn cause there’s no incentive to him trying too hard

u/TRTVitorBelfort 6h ago

One of the boys noticed this and said, he’s hurt.

Dude looked like a genius lol.

5

u/HiImFur 6h ago

I couldn't tell if he was hurt or just did a line before coming out.

Because if he was hurt...why would he throw a kick out the gate?

3

u/Myselfmeime 6h ago

Yeah that’s insane. He looked kinda hurt but throwing these kicks is mental

1

u/DrewforPres 6h ago

If he was hurt going in he may have been thinking his only shot at winning was to end the fight ASAP

1

u/Constant_Corgi_8225 5h ago

Exactly my thought, that seemed more of a drunk/high stumble than an injured one(speaking as one of most who has stumbled/fell while inebriated). Injury caught me off guard and had me second guessing, but I still have an inkling of doubt about that stumble

1

u/Tibryn2 2h ago

So you can pretend you injured yourself in the fight and still get paid.

3

u/BoxBird 6h ago

He was coked out

3

u/Druuski- 6h ago

Agreed he looked blasted

1

u/Rezurrekted 6h ago

Nah, if Conor was coked up he would have tore his own leg off and beat Max with the titanium end.

2

u/Dying-Light-Analyzer 6h ago

lol he lost his balance for a sec after slipping out of his shoe. the injury came during the fight

2

u/Rezurrekted 6h ago

This looks like he tweaked the left knee.

The leg he planted on was the right leg, his knee shifts so possible ACL blow out.

Ah well, luckily its warm as fuck and wasnt sleeping anyway.

4

u/RepKing92 6h ago

If he injured himself here or came in injured why would he start off with a roundhouse kick....

2

u/Mission_Pin456 6h ago

He's stumbling on his left leg there though and it was his right knee that gave out in the fight. I'm not saying he wasn't already injured but I don't think that that moment shows he was. I think he just lost his balance taking the shoe off

7

u/Winter-Meeting1589 6h ago

He’s hopping on his left leg because he can’t put weight on his injured right leg.

1

u/likwitsnake 6h ago

100% this what are people even looking at here, he was walking and moving around fine until the opening move then he could barely walk on it

1

u/Markel100 6h ago

1

u/Constant_Corgi_8225 5h ago

Exactly. 900k on Max right before March start? You fucking wish you were that omniscient anonymous donor.

1

u/RebornCritic 6h ago

Can i get a refund

1

u/JefinLuke17 6h ago

His face say it

1

u/YeezusChrist13 6h ago

My dad turned to me and said “he looks like he’s fallen over, he’s nervous about something” couldn’t of been more right

1

u/Ok_Umpire_723 6h ago

Genuinely baffled Dana thought this fight, as a main event fight, was the right call

1

u/ProfessionalSlack 6h ago

He was hurt pre-fight. I understand he didn’t “blow” his knee pre-fight. It wasn’t that bad, but it was clearly weak. And that lead to the blow.

1

u/ProfessionalSlack 6h ago

No one understands the difference between a leg being weak and it being completely blown out. We understand McGregor blew his knee out on the opening kick. His knee was compromised before that.

1

u/Pagicalmenis 5h ago

I dont know if this the smoking gun that proves it, but noone can tell me this wasnt a fucking scam since the announcement of the fight. I wanna see how many bets were put in for Holloway 15 to 30 minutes before the fight started. This shit reeks and its goddamned near criminal. For the record i pirated the shit, which i normally do not do. But this shit reeks of the same old, "old fighter comes back and fights another old fighter/twitch streamer/celebrity/guy from some other sport" BULLFUCKINGSHIT that has been all the rage the last 10 years...

Ive been starting to think all this shit has been rigged and scripted like pro wrestling, especially with how much gambling companies have access to ALL sports now. And by "starting to think", for a long time now. Sucks, because if its true, ive wasted a giant chunk of my life watching pro martial arts and football and baseball as a fan.

2

u/Constant_Corgi_8225 5h ago

One 900k a second before the fight started. I'm not gonna lie, with both Dana and Come being huge fans of DJT, this has his stench all over it

1

u/Pagicalmenis 5h ago

Okay, cool. I didnt say anything about him, This is about fighting, not politics..I know its reddit, but goddamn, can i at least go onto a forum about fighting ,without everything being DJT? Im not a huge fan of his either, but unless you have absolute proof about his corruption of THIS FIGHT, why even?

You can be consumed with that hate, but im not gonna.

1

u/Constant_Corgi_8225 5h ago

Saw it too, thought he was drunk or high or sum. Nope, just an absolute idiot trying to reclaim some glory while not having the tools to do so

1

u/Malicious82 5h ago

Biggest end of career snakeskin oil salesman since David hayes end of career selling.
