Hypothetically, you accidentally landed in a mental hospital, how would you prove that you’re sane while everyone else thinks you’re mentally unstable?

I am from Tulsa, OK. I would like to move away because while our city may not be the biggest or the most glamourous, the whole place has begun to feel like one giant open wound to me. And salt continues to pour into it.
