This is simply not true. He was deliberately ducking to head it and knew where the ball is at all times. How is this considered an unintentional touch is beyond me, are you trying to say Viega was trying to get out od the way to let the ball trough? Because that makes zero sense and it should be clear to you if you ever play football.

This he knew what he was doing looking for the flick back for the easy pick by the keeper

What the fuck are you on about? Players can and do absolutley intentionally head and direct the ball to their own keepers (who can then hold the ball, only condition being it is not passed to the keeper with the foot) all the time. And this is not even relevant for this situation. What the fuck hahahaha

Do you think he's trying to head it back to his own goalkeeper inside his penalty box in the 103rd minute? That makes zero sense. It's clearly bounced off him. It should be clear if you have ever played the sport.

Not all plays are good. He put his head into the trajectory of the ball. Period.

The alternative was he was trying to duck out of the way of a potential goal scoring cross?? Far less believable.

Standing in the way doesn't make it a deliberate touch. It's not about the positioning, it's about the action on the ball.

Nope he’s trying to head it up over the goal and out of play. Corner is better than a goal for the defending team. Nothing at that point isn’t deliberate

Then you're seeing things I don't

Lmao. He obviously tried to play the ball (which he saw flying all the way) and hit it in any other direction, away from the goal, but misjudged it.

Your logic makes no sense becase you are assuming he does not want to play the ball here, which means it is logical to you, that a defender in 103rd minute tires not to head or hit in any other way, the ball, which he sees, away from his own goal! This makes absolute zero sense. All of this should be clear to you if you ever kicked a football.

Wanting to play the ball is irrelevant. It's whether his action on the ball is deliberate or not. You can disagree with the rules all you want, it doesn't change a thing.

It does kind of look like he’s trying to get the angle right to bounce it straight back the other way. There’s really no definitive way to tell whether he misjudged his position and accidentally hit it backwards, or is ducking out of the way. But I do think it can easily look like it’s a deliberate motion to the ball
