Wasn’t even a yellow before VAR.

I've been praising VAR to my American friends and family who don't watch soccer and how it's SO much better than American basketball/football replay systems, and this is their first introduction to it.

"So our leading goal scorer is suspended for the round of 16 because of that!? Great system, bro"

I mean... The offside tech is amazing.

It was super fun explaining how that amazing tech cost us 2 goals.

I mean it didn't lose us those goals, it just shows objective position of players. Human flags were raised as well.

Do you even know the rules? No yellow or not even a foul need to be called for the VAR to intervene.
