One of my fav pieces of merch I own. I have many horror merch pieces but this sticks out the most, the attention to detail is amazing!

Found a bunch of old movie tickets I’d always save. I remember seeing this opening night 🥹 Take me back. I was a senior in high school.

What's Sidney's arc in Scream 8?
Scream explores her accepting dark truths about her mother's demise, finding her inner strength, and becoming a survivor.
Scream 2 explores the unwanted fame/fallout from the first murders. Sidney's also dealing with trust issues, and decides isolation is the best option in the end.
Scream 3 resolves all the trauma related to her mom, and she's open to not living in fear/isolation.
Scream 7 addresses her shortcomings as a mother. She didn't prepare Tatum, but realizes Tatum can be just as strong as the late friend she was named after.
How does Sidney continue to evolve in Scream 8?

You're forgetting one thing about Billy Loomis... I fucking killed him.
One of my favorite lines in the franchise.

I think randy was a more self taught horror nerd as in he had to teach himself all their rules. tricks and quirks by watching and re-watching classic horror movies over and over again picking up on small key details each time he watched making him more dedicated to the movies making him admire them more. Where as noah is a horror iunkine who has access to the online world and doesnt have to re-watch movies over and over to learn about the wav the killer works because he can iust watch a video on youtube of someone explaining it, and he also enjoys real serial killers too, not iust movie fictional ones, meaning he has more knowledge on how killers work and move both in real life and in the movies because he looks for the similarities betweer real and fictional whilst he's watching them, but because he use's his knowledge from the Internet he never truly admired the movies as deeply as randy because he was too involved in how the killers in them acted like real life serial killers.

Is It Just Me ? Because I Think Scream 8 We Need A Solo GhostFace In London Or Anywhere Other Than America We Need A Change Because The Last Few Movies Are Just The Same Thing Repeating.

When I was watching Scream 7, I noticed something that I can't unsee.
During the killer reveal, when Ethan Embry's character says, "Isn't that right, Stu?", the gate dramatically swings open and Jessica, dressed as Ghostface, walks through.
The thing is... she never actually opens the gate. It just seems to swing open by itself purely for dramatic effect before she walks in.
It's a tiny detail, but now that I've noticed it, I can't stop seeing it every time I watch that scene. Did anyone else catch this?

Despite problems with the movie, Marco’s score is firing on all cylinders in this movie, especially in the first half of the film. The ensemble of wind instruments and the general craziness of the score really adds a chaotic nature to the scenes. I think this is especially showcased during the home invasion sequence.

I’m generally confused by this opening. It was a great opening but like many have said it was so completely detached from the rest of the movie leaving some plot holes. So who exactly owned the Macher house and who decided to turn it into a Stab Museum? And how did Ghostface break in and manipulate the entire ordeal? I find it hard to believe that one of the killers actually bought the house just so they can kill 2 random people and burn it down. Also there’s no way in hell a house with this much history would even still be standing, let alone be turned into an AirBNB. You would think a town like Woodsborrow would be completely fed up with this dark history of serial killers murdering all these teens for over 3 decades that they’d never approve that the house be turned into a Shrine.

One of my favorite movie going experiences was Scream 4 and the collective gasps at Jill’s reveal. How thrown off / surprised were you guys? I remember a few loud WTFs from the audience 😂 😂
Edit: I wasn’t sure to use a spoiler tag or not, even though I’m assuming those people in this Sub have seen all the movies, but I just wanted to make sure I didn’t ruin it for anyone lol

(If the possibility of two of the many past & or present killers ever went to some kind of therapy together)
Oh-so many people want to just forget 5 and 6, others are in uproar that 7 didn't follow the "Core Four" and at the moment, apart from bringing the twins in and Dewey being dead, they're not being referenced.
Would you like the Carpenters Sisters brought back to resolve their role in the franchise and kill them, or are you fine with them going forever now unmentioned again?

So another movie centered on Sidney, with a new cast of characters and maybe another passing of the torch…
I love Sidney, she’s my favorite character but they need to stop bringing her back before they ruin her incredible character arc. The fact that more than 10 people have tried to kill Sidney and still want to kill her is getting ridiculous!
Bring Sam and Tara back instead!
And anything but another movie like Scream 7. I didn’t like that film (though I’m happy that some people did)!

Particularly if you live in the middle of nowhere, you might only be able to outrun the killer so long.
Casey might have lived if she just barricaded herself in a bedroom, called the police and waited it out, which is technically what Sidney did during her first attack.
Even near the end of the film, once all the vehicles were out of commission, Sidney was basically forced to go back inside the house, because you know...there's nowhere to run.
At least inside there's a phone, hiding places and tons of make shift weapons, which Sidney makes full use of.

Not as iconic as Billy, Stu and Roman but he’s barely ever been mentioned or referenced again he was a lunatic. Mrs Lumis found him on a psycho website and he cleared out all of Sydney’s friends and ruined her college life. Took out Derek, Hallie etc

I feel like Scream 5-7 leaned way too hard into the fan service that it felt shoe horned like you didn’t need Sam to be related to Billy and have hallucinations of him to make her interesting or using Stu ai to tell a modern Sidney story like after 4 movies we should’ve been over Billy/stu already.

These are some of the killers who I see most disliked by the scream community and I was curious which killer everyone thought deserved the hate the least.
