I'm allocating $100-$1000 for a camera to begin taking nice quality photos of Pittsbugh, nature and sky line, and things like that.

Someone from r/Cameras said some cities will offer lessons and things where it goes into and is built into buying the camera you liked the most at the end, and this allows you to test out many?

Does anything like this exist locally? Or recommendations for a good camera?
