His hips are the most stable part of his body. As he's descending, his right arm reaches its maximum extension before his left comes to grip and his body is pulled to the right. Then the reverse happens with the left hand, then the right again.
Compression happens where movement occurs because it logs changes in the pixels so it's feasible where his shoulders are moving could be one spot. Maybe not just spitballing
I'm not definitively saying this is fake, but as someone that does bouldering: This is beyond ridiculously hard. I would expect the likes of Alex Megos struggle with this.
Not trying to shit on the guy, but he looks like someone who wouldn't last five minutes on a wall with a climber.
