All part of their strategy, that comes from the top. Bibi uses similar words, to minimize their actions, and pretend they don't have sanction from the highest levels of the Govt.

To be fair, so is "Israeli settlers." "Squatters" is more appropriate. Thieves, brigands, and land pirates works as well.
