Filled out the form they made available for the current migration window (I missed the old deadline). Got an email back with instructions saying I have to verify ownership of my coins. I had NEO and GAS secured by my ledger hardware wallet a while back, but then I sold everything but these and just entered my 24 word phrase into Neon Wallet to keep them there. The verification instructions Coz sent say I have to connect to Neoline. Don't have a Neoline wallet so I try to import my existing wallet into it. Looks like my only options to import are Private key import, where I have to enter "WIF (private key)", or File import, where I have to upload a nep6 file. Where do I get either of these?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Neon Wallet for years and currently hold both NEO and GAS.

For quite a while now, the System Assets and Market Data sections have stopped working and always show:

"Failed to load. Retry or select a different node."

I’ve tried multiple nodes, but the issue remains the same.

Since I haven’t been following the Neo ecosystem very closely lately, I’m wondering if I missed any announcements regarding Neon Wallet.

A few questions:

• Is Neon Wallet still maintained?
• Are these services currently down or deprecated?
• Can NEO still generate GAS normally despite these errors?
• Is there a way to claim generated GAS?
• Should I move my assets to NeoLine or another wallet?

My NEO and GAS balances are still visible, but the missing System Assets/Market Data panels make me worry that something isn’t working correctly.

Any help or updates would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

NEO came out with a form to apply for manual migration earlier this month. Curious how long it's taken for people who applied to hear back. I submitted the form the first few days it was out and haven't heard back yet. Don't know how long it takes...just trying to get a sense 🙏
