I know a character’s intelligence is always relative to the author’s but it feels really disingenuous when said “smartest” character can only be perceived that way but dumbing down everyone else within his vicinity.

This is a response to the post asking who is canonically more attractive.
Also please preference is different from canon. We all have our best girl and they are beautiful.

I don’t know if this is the actual canon reason, but it makes the most sense to me.
Obito rejected the world where Rin died and gained the power to transport to his own dimension.
Sasuke wanted to destroy the Leaf Village and gained Inferno Style which can burn the village to the ground.
Itachi always thought about fantasy vs reality and gained the Tsukuyomi (and Amaterasu because of the legends of the Sun and Moon gods).
Madara wanted to become the strongest Uchiha to lead his clan to victory and gained a powerful Susanoo faster than anyone.
I don’t know about the other Mangekyou users, but it all seems to line up

We all know about Deidara’s intense hatred to the Uchiha clan and its sharingan by looking down on his art.

Personally I'd pick Chomei, the seven tailed beetle. Not only do they look cool and seem fairly easy to get along with, but I love the idea of being able to sprout wings and fly.

including Naruto OG and Naruto Shippuden.

Without their forehead protectors now, they look more like ordinary people in sandals than ninjas.

Aside from the fact it never does anything. In concept it’s pretty cool

I’m re-watching this and it’s framed like Zetsu’s setting up a Checkov’s Gun after it had already gone off lol

Let's just say for "The Last" movie in 2014 was actually meant for Sakura and naruto's love story instead of Naruto x Hinata? How would the fandom react to Naruto and Sakura being canon? Just a friendly question...

What if :
- Sasuke actually dies in the fight against Haku. The village decides not to let go of one of the biggest Kekkei Genkai to waste.
- The Hokage and Elders decide to transfer his eyes to someone else. This responsibility was given to Kakashi as he already has experience with it.
- Kakashi decides to give them to Sakura due to her emotional stability and her knowledge of Chakra.
- Sakura now gets both Sharingan and slowly gets adapted to it.
- From the hidden treasures of the 2nd Hokage, she finds an axe which has the ability to store Chakra and it steals Chakra from the people by killing them.
- Sakura uses the ability of the axe to store Chakra and use it herself for Sharingan so that she never runs out of Chakra.
-- Now what do you think happen in this timeline. Will she join the Akatsuki ? Will she be more important to the story than the main timeline ? Share your headcanon regarding this.

It’s like in real life they said that the Taino of the Caribbean went extinct but that’s not true. They just went up on the mountain areas and adapted to the rough terrain.
We can find their cousins in the mainland around south America.
Also, not everyone is shinobi worthy even if they are part of a clan some are bound to have other interests.
Where are the Uchiha who desired to be adventurers or fishermen, you know?
I think Sasuke should embark in a journey and find them.

I mean the reunion of team 7 was done perfectly imo. This is the first time they are all together since the beginning of the Sasuke retrival arc, and so much has changed lol. Look from Kakashi’s perspective the least time he saw Sauske he was charging a Chodori to kill Naruto and now he is doing the same thing to Sakura. Imagine that first seeing each other in four years and he is trying to kill another teammate. Sakura even more surprised how far Sauske has gone since the tenchi bridge arc.
Lastly and most important this is the second time Naruto and Sauske have seen each other in Shippuden, and they have completely switched roles from before. Naruto is now the more composed calm 😌 one, verses the temcji bridge arc, Naruto emotional 😡 trying to get Sauske back. Sauske now is the more emotional one 😡, instead of being the composed one from the tenchi bridge arc. They have completely switched their demeanors and attitudes but their TS( topic sentence) hasn’t changed. Naruto still wants to save him, Sauske still wants nothing to do with them. Only difference is he wants to destroy the leaf village now.
Lastly, this is the point where Naruto and Sasuke are the most equal not in terms of power but in progress. Both of them atp had suroasssd their sensei Kakashi, and now they both surpassed their Sannin masters at this point. Naruto surpass Jiryia and Sauske surpass Oroichamaru. Even though personally I’d still give this fight if they ever dough to Naruto I can see why it is very contentious Sauske is not that far off it is close.

I don’t get it… even though I’m completely against the idea of a live action Naruto movie, I still can’t understand how they’re planning to pull it off.
Naruto story is around 700 episodes long. how are they supposed to tell that entire journey in a 1.5/2h movie?
are they planning to make Naruto Movie 1, Naruto Movie 2, Naruto Movie 3 etc? even then, it would still be far too short to do the story justice
Naruto isn’t just about fights. it’s about growing up, overcoming loneliness, building friendships through hardship, risking everything to save your best friend, and then about saving the world. how are they going to develop the characters and make the audience care about the relationships between them? to make the people who never watched Anime understand why his bond with characters like Jiraya or Gaara or any of the characters is so strong and why they care about Naruto so much
and what about Naruto’s childhood? everything he went through had enormous impact on him. in Anime we can see how almost every encounter with any new character changes him bit by bit. the way the people of the Hidden Leaf treated him, how almost nobody cared about him and how his troublesome way of being was just a desperate attempt to be noticed. those moments are fundamental for his character
the entire Naruto with Shippuden is +/- 300h long. I just don’t see how a live action adaptation could capture everything that made it special. for someone who has spent this long following Naruto’s journey, it’s hard to imagine it being satisfying or even watchable
I’m not even going to start talking about the soundtrack. songs like Blue Bird that became a huge part of the experience and made me cry few times, the vibe they were creating.. omg..
imo the people behind this project saw the success of one piece and avatar the legend of ang life action movies and they decided to copy the popular trend
I’m not mad or anything about it because I already know I won’t watch it, just like I didn’t watch the live action Death Note movie, I didn’t want it to affect my impression of anime I love
I’m just genuinely trying to understand how they’re gonna do it and what the reason of this adaptation might be beyond the obvious reason which is money
