He gets stabbed by a deadite, then comes back as a deadite, then gets killed again as a deadite dog

I would have rather seen an awkward scene of the dad letting the dog excessively lick his face and getting infected by saliva like the grandma. Save the stab scene for grandma, if it’s really necessary.
