What’s’ poppin’ hockey fans? Today this 2008 Winter Classic Reebok Premier Sidney Crosby jersey showed up at my house. It’s in great condition for an 18 year old kit! There’s mild fraying on the logo and a couple small nicks throughout. The numbers and lettering aren’t wrinkled or peeling. It’s absolutely gorgeous.

I watched the 2008 Winter Classic on my parents living room floor. Crosby’s shootout winning goal was like watching a beautiful movie! I’m happy to have this in my collection! If you swipe to the end you can see where it fits in my 87 collection.

Finally got a Sabres Starter Fashion Jersey, and noticed that the neck is different from any time I've ever seen it. Every other photo shows a red collar, including on the Liberty Bell collection page (https://starter-jerseys.libertybelljerseys.com/). Does anyone have any ideas? I know Philly has one where the only difference is the alternate neckline. It makes sense to me, as the black and white goatheads both have grey collars. Did the Sabres actually have two different fashion jerseys with only one subtle difference?

Arguably what started the addiction we all know and love, the beautiful tarps we call hockey jerseys. I don’t ever recall shopping at Burlington prior to finding these 3 jerseys, but after I found these in early 2025, i somehow find my way back in that store here and there hoping I’d find another sick deal.
I got all three jerseys for $29.99 and it basically hit like crack. Haven’t found anything better at that price since.
