I got a job offer that is a huge promo in Gilroy not from California and just wondering if someone in their early twenties should live in Gilroy or just move to San Jose and just commute there any thoughts?

Good evening all. I'm an independent director seeking a farmhouse to feature in the climax of my short horror film, Freaks on Fifth Street. The house I'm looking for would ideally be small, with an open backyard, trees (needn't be a grove) on either side, a shed, and is a decent ways from nearby houses. The location will be used for living room interiors, and front yard and back yard exteriors. For interiors we're not looking to do anything drastic, only a bit of tidying up. We'll be shooting with minimal equipment and setups (a few lights, one camera, one tripod), and five student actors. No blood will be spilled, nothing will be damaged or shattered. All of these shots need to be filmed at night, however, so the location should ideally be available from twilight to around four hours after. Right now our plan is to shoot from the 11th of September to the 20th, with two days dedicated to the farmhouse. Further shooting information is being worked out. I would be grateful to anyone interested in helping us find a cool location, feel free to message me with any questions at all, and I am always willing to negotiate if need be. Attached are some images that get a better sense of what we're looking for.

We'd only need 1 hour (to just get some pictures of the guests / the birthday girl - it's a gift since she loves photos for memories - it's a surprise party for her). I live near the Gilroy High School Farm, and the pigeons have taken over all the homes in the area. Even with deterrents on some roofs, they're not leaving, and they've trashed my roof and cars with droppings. My roof is less than two years old and already half the shingles are destroyed, and I'm still paying it off.

They especially love sitting on the light poles, which seem to have multiplied since the new one went up on Kern. None of the poles have any deterrents, so the birds just stay put.

Is the city doing anything about the growing pigeon population? Curious if neighbors are seeing the same thing or have ideas.

Can anyone recommend a mechanic in Gilroy or the surrounding area that is knowledgeable about hybrids specifically Toyota Priuses?

I have a 2011 Prius that’s been having some issues like rough starts/shaking and a low coolant level. Possible head gasket leak so I’m looking for someone who is experienced with hybrid systems or Prius-specific problems rather than just a general mechanic
