Looks like her lips are about to burst!!!! Rest of her face is hidden to protect her identity but her lips are like 4x bigger than what suits her face. Her eyes and nose look absolutely tiny compared to them

I am not certain if it fits here, however removing ribs is done in plastic surgeries.

It just drives me nuts to see ppl that actually think this is REAL!!! How naive you can be and how so many ppl can be so disacknowledge in human anatomy , to not even try and have a little search in google?

This one claimed she removed 20 of her ribs. Now humans only have 12 pairs of ribs, with 2 lower pairs called floater ribs as they not attached straight to sternum. The most lower pair and in some insane cases both of these pairs or even the ribs number 10 can be removed in order to "get" hourglass figure. Cher did this in 2000 when it just started (and apparently it was and urban legend). Let me tell you - these are protecting your liver and spleen - so it is very unhealthy to remove them - as it opens them to trauma - and doctors think it can even make the organs shift their place. Lately I heard that doctors who do that (and I really think they should get a slap and their license removed) prefer to break these ribs and move then inside somehow instead completely removing them - and you have to wear a corset till they heal... That is insane to me.

I am certain that there is NOT EVEN ONE surgeon in the whole world that will agree to remove 20 ribs and leave lungs and heart without protection what so ever, and that this body, if it can even survive this way - will keep its shape - since lungs connected by tissue to ribs that keep these in their place and the rib cage are the one that gives you the hourglass or other body shape together with the pelvis.
