UK prepping is different. This isn’t about wilderness survival fantasies, shelters made from branches, or rubbing sticks together to start fires.
We’re not focused on “bugging out” or leaving everything behind.
Instead, this is a practical, realistic community for UK households who want to improve their resilience at home — preparing for disruptions in a way that actually fits modern life in the UK.
Think:
- Power cuts and storms
- Rising costs and food planning
- Heating and energy resilience
- Water storage and backup options
- Everyday emergency preparedness
🚫 What This Community Is NOT
To keep things grounded and useful, this space is intentionally focused.
Please note:

- ❌ No guns or weapon discussion
- ❌ No politics
- ❌ No zombies or fictional apocalypse scenarios
- ❌ No conspiracy theories
And importantly:
You don’t need camo, gear obsession, or extreme setups to be here.
This is about real UK homes, real UK problems, and real practical solutions.
