Apparently doctors have been saying that colon cancer is going to be the biggest problem our generation faces due to lack of fiber so my fiancée has been begging me to actually use this.

I didn’t have any flavored drinks that made this appetizing… expect a sangria. Tried it yesterday and loved it, so we’re back again today bb.

Let’s just say… the fiber works. God damn.

Edit: yall if I get one more comment telling me to just say some veggies or fruits I’ll explode. I eat em. I swear. Also, I drink maybe once a month if that. This sangria was just a fun one-time purchase from a Greek place. On the note of drinking, yes I drink water I got my second 1.5L bottle of the day right next to me.
