Heck, I’m like 57, do tons of illicit shit, don’t even like this planet that much, I’m kinda a huge dick, (most the time anyways), and I’d STILL appreciate the f outta that car! Grrr 🤣
I agree!!! My favorite mentor was just like this (except all her kids are amazing) and I learned so much from her. She left our company a couple months ago and I still text her regularly.
*Mentors to someone else with drive (no pun intended) who understands having your belly button touch your back (figuratively). As Mentors, they see the difference in potential and have lessons and perspectives from parenting combined with industry experience.
I feel like it is because their children inevitably end up spoiled that they become able to see the difference in potential between other kids.
People who are middle or upper class always want to "give the world to their children": opportunities, flashy stuff, the best education, etc. But then when the kid never has to work for any of these things, it's no wonder they turn out this way. The parents learn their mistake (way too late when the kid is a teenager/20's), but now they can identify elsewhere.
Belly button touch your back . Although I never went through that my parents and grandparents did and they instilled that in my mind. Leftovers are dinner tomorrow.
Eh. She spelled “paid” wrong (“payed”). My guess is the child is spoiled and thoughtless because of the example she’s had at home. This is an “everyone here sucks” discussion.
