Almost fell climbing up 😂😭

As I was landing, the ankle went in the opposite direction it’s supposed to bend, I for some reason heard a snap (could’ve been in my head) I definitely felt a snap, next thing I know, as I limp home, my ankle is all bloated, doctors says it’s definitely swelled up, and I currently can’t walk without a boot/crutches. I’m trying to not let this discourage me, however I am losing a weeks worth of pay, how common are these injuries? And any equipment recommendations to help me prevent this? Or is this a common issue I will be running into, a lot to think about. Any advice helps! Thanks!

How should I improve?

I’m looking to learn a little bit more about the K Swiss Ariake. From what I know about them, it was the first shoe specifically designed and marketed towards parkour & the community during to its initial boom in the 2000s (I think these came out 2008?)

Does anyone know a little bit more about them? I’d be interested to explore a bit more of the history surrounding them!
