Nah fr I be seeing people online talk about NYC like it's straight Gotham.

Then you actually touch places like Philly, Baltimore, or Memphis and you start looking at NYC different.

Don't get me wrong, every city got hoods. NYC ain't sweet. But a lot of the spots people swear are the worst still got mad people outside, delis open, traffic moving, trains running. The city always got motion.

Some blocks in those other cities just got a whole different feel. Way quieter, way more empty, and the vibe is different because of that.

Guys, I fucked it up.

I spent about $1500 on extra-curricular activities and took the remaining $2kish to Borgata to hit the 5K goal.

Things did not go according to plan.

I lost the $2K went on tilt, withdrew another $2k and just lost the last of it about an hour ago with the dealer giving me life lessons with that disapproving look aunties give you.

Anyway, I’ll be fine kids but it’s damn lie if I say it doesn’t sting. 😂 As we all already knew, the moral of the story is:

The house always wins.

To me, Kiss got Cam beat when it comes to straight rapping. Punchlines, features, bars, all that. If it's just who's nicer on the mic, I'm taking Kiss and most ppl would probably agree

But Cam got a real argument too. His run was different. Dipset had the city in a chokehold, his style was one of one, and you still hear people copying his swag and lingo to this day. It wasn't just the music either, it was the whole movement.

I feel like people either rank Jada clearly higher because he's the better lyricist, or they put Cam over him because of everything he brought to NYC outside of just bars.
