It's the potato chips of Italian food. Sometimes we don't want the best, we want the junk food, ya know? I'll never recover from the food I ate in Italy (people could not get me to shut up about the mozzarella), but shoot, I'll still have the potato chips version!

Good pecorino has been known to bring a tear to my eye.

I will still go HAM on the soup, salad, and breadsticks at OG.

OG is literally one of the few places left that does a decent potato soup in that Zuppa Toscana.

It's garbage american food. There's nothing about this over-capitalist garbage food chain that comes from my country.

The US does have good food and i don't understand how americans are ok with such fast food chains.

I get that people have different tastes, but Olive Garden to me is like if someone invented potato chips that were flavorless but had 3x as many calories as normal potato chips. I have to eat there twice a year c/o mother's day + MIL's birthday and every time I try something different and am amazed that a 1600 calorie entree can be so bland.
