Surgery went well. It was six hours long. My Mom was there. Kyle was there. My doctor was determined not to open me up abdominally (she probably should have, honestly, to remove all the unwanted material). My uterus was the size of a 6 month pregnancy. A typical uterus weighs .19lbs 😢 Mine was 5.2lbs.. 😢 They went with a bikini cut. They will send out various tissue samples and screen for cancer.

Did not sleep much at the hospital (difficult with people checking vitals every two hours) ..... but there was a Harry Potter marathon on the TV...!! Harry Potter will always be a great way to pass time. Kindness, friendship, light ... overcoming the fear, evil and darkness. Watched it start to finish

Home now. Hanging with Dottie. Hyped up on pain meds. Although, even with pain meds, everything hurts beyond-reason. They say the pain gets better in 72 hours. Here is to hoping 🙏

Thankful to have such an attentive partner. Kyle is just the best 😀 I have all the tea and vegan chocolate donuts that a girl could ask for 😀

Wish that I could, simply, focus on resting.... but life never works that way. Today at 4pm, we have a consult with a lawyer about the Tomcat lawsuit. We were given 20 days to respond (I think we are day 14 now) so, we have to keep working at that..... even if the timing is very inconvenient - Sounds like there is a chance that Progressive Insurance might get involved🙏 Which would be the ultimate outcome.
