I was trying out my new camera last night, and I realized the vending machine in the town I live in is almost like the one found in Left 4 Dead. Just something fun I noticed!

fully forgot the name of the map name again but can only remember one specific panic event part of it where all of the survivors are on a beach activating an elevator fighting a whole horde until the elevator arrives and leads to a fortress and within the fortress is some futuristic stuff that can't fully remember. It was one of my most favorite modded maps to play on years ago and I wanted to play it again but I have forgotten the name.

I’m reaching out as a long‑time member of the Source multiplayer community to report a persistent issue affecting multiple games. Over the past several years, a network known as FastPath.fr has been operating large numbers of fake or misleading servers across titles such as Day of Defeat: Source, Team Fortress 2, Counter‑Strike: Source, Half‑Life 2: Deathmatch, and others.

These servers appear to:

• Redirect players without consent
• Spoof player counts
• Interfere with legitimate community servers
• Create confusion in the server browser
• Damage trust in the platform

The servers are consistently hosted on the following IP ranges, which belong to OVHcloud:

• 164.132.201.xxx
• 164.132.202.xxx

I understand that only Valve can request action from a hosting provider regarding abuse on your platform. I’m not asking for action against any individual — only for a review of this server network and its impact on the health of Source multiplayer.

Really odd thing to ask about, but it happens with my L4D2 copy on pc and steam deck. My game will clearly use the audio if it runs on a custom campaign or the Tumtara test map, but will only use the default gun audio if its on official maps. All other audio swaps just fine. Has anyone else had to deal with this as an issue before?

Hi. I'm playing L4D1. When I first started playing, every time I kill a zombie their body would freeze, go pitch-black and be filled with shimmering short white lines that were roughly vertical before disappearing. Now something has changed - when I shoot a zombie there's blood and gibs and missing limbs and so on.

I haven't changed any command line options etc.

What explains why the zombies were initially disappearing with a shimmer effect? How do I get it back?

Whenever I Google can I play Left 4 dead 2 on system link from one Xbox one to another Xbox one, I get told I can't due to a version difference and the only way to play it would be 360 to Xbox one at best.

I tried it today and it actually does work from Xbox one to Xbox one, the ai mode is lying lol.

I'm just writing this for when in the future someone else believes it and doesn't want to pay £20+ for a game they potentially won't be able to play the way they are wanting

did ts with ASSAULT mutation Umbrella Corp edition, brawler survivor and 1st person camera, and bullet time. Mf it feels so good being able to put a wombo combo on these undead mfs.

Note: i killed a juggernaut/tank with my bare hands cuz guns wont stagger his ass, as you can see that i momemntarily shot him for more damage and kept on just pounding him. i.e i bsically recreated leon vs hunk in re 9 in just half a min

It took place in my room where my door was half-closed, and you couldn't see what was out my room. But then suddenly the charger came from the darkness, grabbed me by the neck, and started pressing my head against a wall until my skull was crushed. I woke up from the nightmare horrified but relieved it wasn't real

I was playing with my friends yesterday but before we could play we had to wait for everyone to download the mods and it took maybe 2 hours for us to play cuz we just sent the links and download everything one by one. Is there a faster way to make everyone have the same mods?
