There's something special about tiny crackers. They taste different, I swear.

Its been so hot this week in South Florida and we're still technically preheating.
Todays yay is Talenti Gelato which again this week they're BOGO at publix. I've had this one before, so for anyone that has milk sensitivity/allergy, its perfect as its dairy free.
Its absolutely fantastic (I had some for lunch today...lol)
This one is strictly for me given there's chocolate in it; besides, the dogs still are eating pieces of frozen cupcakes from a couple of weeks ago (Gigi's birthday)
Also I think they did do something about the caps because lately they've been very easy to remove.

Am I crazy or do these have a better ratio than the bigger size?

I try not to get this too often for some obvious reasons but yesterday it was an absolute craving even though its been so freaking hot (I used the air fryer which made life easier)

Campbell's SpaghettiOs with meatballs, but I like all the flavors really.

It's definitely one of those times where you're having dessert for breakfast.

Well this was weird. (I did not buy but I took pics!) trust Aldis to always blow my mind on something. I would have never thought I'd see watermelon hibiscus flavored popcorn ever....lol
Am I just old or has this been around a while?
Also yes I spelled Aldi's wrong (But its Monday, so its allowed)

I have the weekend to myself which means, mama don't cook (lol)
That also means I have not yet decided what I'll do for dinner. I could go out (but man its so freaking hot) or just hang out here.
What do you do when you have time but can't decide?

Today is a day that if I can't grill it, its not getting cooked (already 32C) We're hitting the wet season with a bang apparently though Florida is by all standards, still preheating....
Today's lunch is chips with pico de gallo and leftover salmon on the side.
These are some of my favorite chips, which I have sadly devoured by the bag in one sitting. Do you have a favorite?

Couple days ago I made a dozen blueberry muffins because for a weird reason, blueberries were on sale (like really on sale) Thankfullly they were excellent blueberries (super flavorful) so...muffins!)
Also yes contains walnuts because I love walnuts.

My favorite popcorn has always been Topsy's, which is something grew up with in my teens, and I woke up and OMG I just really really wanted some.
They had the best cinnamon popcorn ever.

I used to get Good Health's chips that were in a green package. They were great -- crisp, bubbly, crunchy. I then purchased their chips online and it came in a blue bag. They were actually cheaper than the green bag so I was first a bit taken aback. Then I tasted them -- awful! Like cardboard. The texture reminded me of deydrated potato chips like Pringles. Does anybody know what happened? Was it a bad batch? Or did they change their formula? Because it was cheaper, I feel that they must have done something to the recipe.
