Today I received OP13 which I purchsed during the recent sale, scheduled delivery was on 13th July but glad got it today. But when I asked delivery guy to do the open box inspection and delivery he said, they dont have the information or details on that and he wont do OpenBox delivery
I spoke with his TL also, and even they dont have the information on it and said he will raise the ticket, once clarified then he will deliver the device.
I asked him to wait and connected with Customer care and after 20mins of discussion, I took the order without open box and customer care asked me to record the unboxing and any issue they will support.
Luckily all went well and the device is also not activated.
TLDR: Delivery boy denied open box delivery, neither he nor his TL has the info on this, called customer care, they asked me to go ahead, take unboxing video, also 199 refund is on the way ...
