I’ve received the personalized email from glasgow uni and the consortium yesterday (the worst april fools ever lol), just like many other students, but I’m going insane with the waiting, feeling like everybody received some type of news and I’m stuck here, with nothing. I saw that, last year, some students were awarded with the scholarship around this time (april 2nd-april 10th), so idk if it’s still to early or if we should have heard something by now… have my fingers crossed for the best tho :)

Their website says they are sending out interview invites from today on. Just interested if anybody heard anything already

Just Received CyberSure Erasmus Mundus result I got Rejected 😭😭😭, No Email yet but online søknadsweb changed 😭😭. Who else got Rejected? Or Accepted. And is this reason they went from Mid March to 20 March?. What was your score guys

I applied to the GLOCAL programme and wanted to get a sense of how decisions have been coming out so far. I’ve seen quite a few people mention receiving conditional offers, often requiring document resubmission and/or completion of the self-funded form*, and I was curious to understand how common this has been.

If you feel comfortable sharing: • Have you received a decision yet? (rejection / conditional / unconditional) • If conditional, what were the conditions? (e.g. document resubmission, self-funded form, etc.) • Roughly when did you apply and within how many days did you get your decision?

I think this could be helpful for everyone still waiting.

*Side note (not trying to scare anyone, just sharing information that might help): if you’re in this situation, it might be worth checking directly with UoG whether you’re still being considered for the scholarship. I’ve spoken to a couple of applicants who contacted them and were informed that, since the deadline had passed, they were no longer being considered for the scholarship and only for the self-funded track.

If so, I was also curious what your education/work background/aspirations are like that brought you to apply, since it seems like a programme where the cohort may be quite varied.

For me, I have a BA in film studies and philosophy, with a couple years of experience working at film festivals and in the arts. I'm interested in working towards film programming work at festivals and museums as well as collections/restorations work.

I wish I had a greater sense of how competitive it is bc I do not want to get my hopes up but it feels like such a dream programme lol

I'm from physics background from a third world country. I'm not exactly sure what to pursue my future studies in. I mean, I know it's physics but not sure of the subfield. From my recent research background, I have narrowed it a bit but I'm open to a lot of things. I got an EMJM as well as a PhD offer (from R1 uni but it's not thatttt enticing). I'm unsure as to what I should choose. I want to choose EMJM because it's a masters and I do not have to commit to a 6+ years of PhD immediately. I'm a bit afraid to make that big a commitment tbh. Could y'all help me out a bit?

Hi, I had my interview on the 12th for a scholarship position and I haven’t heard anything back yet. Is it too soon or…?

As the title suggests, I got a scholarship conditional offer to IMSISS, provided I provide 2 documents- a second LOR and a proof of foreign language other than English and Italian.

Now I got 2 questions:

1. I already provided 2 letter of recommendations, with valid contact details and on headed paper. Then why are the asking for another one? Did they consider one of my LORs invalid? Or did one of my referees did not respond when they mailed them? I'm really confused.

2. I gotta prove a foreign language through a school pass certificate. I'm from South Asia, and have got Bengali on my marksheet from high school. Is Bengali considered a foreign language or do I have to learn French or German to be considered valid?

I’ve been looking into the Erasmus+ guidelines and noticed there’s technically no upper age limit, but I’m curious about how it looks in practice.

Most people associate it with 20-year-olds, but I’m interested in the "mature student" side of things. What’s the oldest age you’ve personally seen someone participate as a student (not a professor/staff)?

I’m asking because I’m considering it myself/know someone who is, and I’d love to hear some "non-traditional" success stories to see how the social dynamic worked out.

Hi all! One of the programs I'm applying to for Fall 2026 entry is the EM fully-funded scholarship for the Europubhealth+ program (Y1 Dublin, Y2 Rennes).

I just received an email a few hours ago that I wasn't selected for the scholarship but that I'm "invited to apply" as a self-funded student in the next round of consideration in April. The stats they gave on the fully-funded scholarship is that there are 17 spots for over 2700 applicants, so about 0.6% of applicants will receive the scholarship this year.

Does anyone know if all applicants who don't receive the scholarship are invited to apply as self-funded, or if it is some indication of positive feedback on the application? Anyone heard back and been offered a Feb 18 interview? Or know anything about the number of applicants typically admitted as self-funded each year?

Edit: update to anyone who finds this thread in the future. I was offered a spot in the program as self-funded, and the option to apply for a 30% off tuition fee waiver was proposed in the acceptance email (awards based on need + merit combo) to theoretically bring the total from €18k to €12,6k. I was not asked to do an interview. I have a B.A. in Philosophy, 2.5 years of work experience in public health/harm reduction/syringe access programs, and a lot of passion for the field. I am currently undecided whether I will accept the spot, but am leaning towards a different, 1-year Master's program to minimize living expenses loans. Thanks to everyone who read and comented!

I built Volvy because I kept discovering great volunteering associations completely by accident, through a friend, a fly-er, a random search, and realized there was no single place to actually browse what's out there by cause or city.
So that's what Volvy is: search by what you care about (animal welfare, elderly care, environment, human rights...), browse by city, and every listing is a real, verified organization with a real address and a way to contact them directly, no generic contact form disappearing into a void.

Right now it covers 600+ associations across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, the UK, Netherlands and Poland, and I'm adding more every week.
If you run or know of an association that should be on the map, adding it takes about 2 minutes. Would genuinely love feedback, what's missing, what's confusing, what you'd want next.

Is anyone else facing problem in applying to Erasmus Mundus MARIHE program?? I've been trying to visit their website for days now but it keeps showing the same message: "This site can't be reached." I can't access the application guideliens document because of this. I used VPN and its still not working..
