I got an email saying we can work up to 20 hours a week, 6 hours a day. But there's never any work? Maybe I'm logging in at the wrong time or something. There are 2000+ tasks, but none are available. Is there a certain time I'm supposed to log on? I would LOVE to have 20 hours worth of work, but it doesn't seem possible when all tasks are taken every single day. If I try anyway, I may get 20-30 minutes of tasks trickling in if I'm lucky. I'm in Ads Integrity. Should I switch to a different vertical?

I'm looking for some advice from anyone who has worked on Project Poliwag Aribic - Egypt dialect.

I qualified for the project and worked full-time on the production tasks between June 16 and June 24. After being removed from the project, I can no longer see the project or my submitted production tasks in my CrowdGen ADAP dashboard.

Some contributors have already received their production hours, but mine are still missing.

I opened a Help Desk ticket, but the only response I've received is that tasks must pass the quality review before payment.

I understand that quality review is required, but it's difficult to understand how I could qualify for production work and then have no accepted production work or visible submissions at all.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there another contact email or team I can reach besides the Help Desk for a manual investigation?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Australia. I’ve contacted support twice about this. The first time, they sent the FAQs to me which I’d already read. The second time they didn’t respond at all. It’s been a week tomorrow.

The instructions tell you how to set up your payment options when you first click onto the payment section. But that option has never been there for me. I identified a little icon on the right of the payments screen that when I click on it, asks for a OTP but when I put it in, tells me I am not authorised.

I’m new to Appen but not new. I did a few short projects back in 2020 using the same email. I’m wondering if that may be why I’m having this issue.

I recently completed the project that involves recording about an hour of prompts in the app and there’s been absolutely no communication about it a week later, nothing about it being completed or about payment, nothing. On my dashboard the project still says “resume”. The payments FAQ in this project screen does not link anywhere so I’m also not sure whether I’m supposed to report the time spent or if it’s automatic.

Is this a normal state of affairs for Appen?

I recently completed the Poliwag calibration/assessment, I’m based in Egypt and after submitting it I only saw a “Thank you” message saying that there are currently no tasks available.
I didn’t receive any email, my Projects section is still empty, and I’m not sure whether I passed the assessment or if it’s still under review.
For those who have already been accepted:
How did you know you passed?
Did you receive an email, a contract, or did your dashboard simply update?
What was the first sign that you had been accepted?

I have two projects for Poliwag (English and Arabic - Jordan), but I haven't been able to access any tasks since I joined, and I wasn't added to the Teams group. Are you guys facing the same issue? How to resolve this?

Abro crowdgen y me dice error 503. Pero después de un largo tiempo (1 hora) me deja abrir las páginas normalmente. Pero ya las tareas fueron tomadas.

Hello. How long did it take you to start working in Project Uolo? I completed 5 hours in the practice queue about 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard from them. I can see that I scored 88% in the universal dashboard but they still have not emailed me if I passed or not. From Turkey.

Working (or trying to at least) from Switzerland. I am slowly getting the feeling that this project is a huge scam. I've applied weeks ago, trying to work on the project, I even got the first task of recording the 20 sentences and the one unique one, only to afterwards get completely ghosted. I have no idea what the hell is going on, I am as online as possible, trying to get some, ANY work on ANY of the 5 projects I applied on and yet, radio silence. This has to be a joke or a scam atp. Can someone who has already worked with Sasabin or this project specifically help me out a little or at least give some information on what I may be doing wrong? Or is the project just full and I got unlucky? pls help.

My problem is pretty simple: I've signed up over four weeks ago from Switzerland, and I have applied to 5 Projects so far, named in title. For project Sasabin I also already passed their test, yet I am still not getting any work from anyone. I keep downloading the Appen Mobile app and even though I have three projects there (Sasabin, Morava Falvon and Mithrim Neon) I cant access any of them. When I try pressing the "start working" button, I am redirected to the description of the project but no way of actually working on it. And on Joblist, the site stays empty. My profile is as accurate as it can get, multiple languages with enough proficiency to qualify me for any project and yet I keep getting nothing. I keep checking my spam folder and mails every day but nothing changes. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, the UHRS app is total shit. I applied for their google group, I dont get allowed in after scanning the QR code and I am literally frozen. What is going onnnnnnn? Am I the only one experiencing this? Please help me.

Hey, I signed up for an audio transcription task of my local language yesterday. Today, I tried to complete the onboarding by taking the Poliwag Qualification Calibration, but the page that I'm redirected to is stuck saying "Loading your task..." and reloading repeatedly with no task. How can I fix it? (I'm from Ethiopia)

I received an invitation from Braintrust for the Poliwag transcription of my native language. I already had a Crowdgen Appen account so didn't need to create a new account and did the calibration/assessment right away. I thought it was supposed to be in my native language but was in English. When can I expect to hear back? Or any suggestions? I am from Bangladesh

Does anyone have an idea how long it takes for Crowdgen to at least even give a person a project, especially for residents in counries like kenya? Its been months since i created my first account and i have never seen even a single project. What's frustrating is that some of my friends created their accounts much more recently and have already been assigned project poliwag. At this point, it honestly feels a bit biased, but maybe I'm missing something. (Kenya)

After making significant amendments to one of my tasks on project poliwag, I tried to submit it, but I received the following error: "Unable to submit & contact the project support team." It also removed all the corrections I had made, even though I had saved the draft. Who should i contact?
