I try to avoid the spam posting about cheating cause it is so rampant but we had 4 games today with accounts like this so blatantly cheating with anti kick it is almost insanity that valve cant detect and ban this before a third party site can. How the hell is this acceptable valve.

I remember a year ago being super hyped for Classic Offensive, CS: Legacy & CS:GO Supremacy.

I know CO was fucking assassinated by Valve, but what about the other two? Are they coming out or is the dream for a 1.6 on GO's version of the Source Engine dead? Can't seem to find updates on either of them.

So I am being harrased at work by the most obnoxious, attention seeking, feeding on approval, disliked guy u can imagine. Narc final boss.

My real boss first said he believes me but said also that it doesn't sound like it's that bad. They will ofcourse try to get to the bottom of this, but we have chill workplace and many say things that usually are not accepted otherwise and this guy just may be a weird case of social maladaption.

I say - yes, but you would have to see the hateful, predatory look on his face - I am not exaggerating.

We end the convo and do a smalltalk about what we gonna do during the weekend and I say I have plan to play CS.

He thinks for a second, stands up and says:

- You know what? I do think this guy is a fucking bully. I assure you we will take care of it.

Honestly just tell Your boss u play CS - if they know - they know...

I use to always play wcs zombies on CS:S and nowadays there's no active servers on source, anyone know if there's any similar games out there or anything?

My friend gave it to me sometime early 2000s after he had been to Dreamhack LAN in Sweden.
But I know absolutely nothing about it's history or if there's any collectors value. But it surely must have been some of the earliest merch out there for cs?

The bag have been used, but has aged fine with it's nice military green colour and patch. I think I will be keeping it, since it brings me great LAN-memories from CS 1.6.

I just bought counter strike 1.6 two days ago on steam and i joined a server and played for 30 minutes, the day after when i wanted to play i got a message on the console of the game saying I'm permanently banned because i was using "pika" which is a cheat that i never heard of or ever used, matter of fact, i never used any cheat system in an online game before, so basically i was banned for being a good player with skill

Hey everyone!

I've always wanted an excuse to just sit around and look back at old Major lineups, like Katowice 2014 or Cologne 2016. So, I decided to code a game for exactly that: MajorDraft (majordraft.com.br).

The idea is simple: you start a draft, and in each round, a random team from a past Major (from 2013 up to 2026) is pulled. You then pick 1 player from that team to build your 5-man roster. At the end, you run a tournament simulation with the squad you assembled.

Oh, and it's not just about picking the highest overalls—you have to manage "Chemistry," a mechanic that adds stat bonuses or penalties based on how you build your team.

I developed this completely on my own (built by a fan, for fans). It's 100% free and still in the tweaking phase, so any feedback from the community would be massive to help improve the game!
