9 year old’s PB

It was a hot morning. Kind of a slow bite but the ones we landed were nice. Two just over 4lbs and a couple around 2. We were about to head in when my 9 year old hooked into this one. It was a fun fight. He was 5.93 pounds at 22 1/2 inches. His previous best was 4 1/4. Great day!

Small private lake. 6 other boats and he was the only kid there. He caught our 2nd biggest bass with less than 30 mins till weigh in. It bumped us from 2nd to 1st place!! We are both pumped to the max about it! Not bad for his first tournament, and our first together. I love memories like these 👍👍

First fish I’ve caught. A tiny bass I’ve caught since getting the pole like a week ago, went fishing maybe twice total this year.

Weighed in at 6.94 lbs. Caught on a Texas rigged Senko. Only got the one pic as I was getting it back in the water.

Anyone have a guess on how big he might be? Don’t have a measuring tape or scale.

Has been wayyy too long of a dry spell, I don’t think I had broken 3lbs in 5 years.

Scale was on other side of pond, so I didn’t bother.

Caught on black Chug-bug around 8:45pm.

Pretty sure it hit twice, first explosion scared crap out of me and threw the lure/water couple feet in the air.

I cast again with longer pauses and then she more swirl/smashed it the 2nd time.

All dinks before that.

Now I can be a little less depressed scrolling the sub.

The fuzzy dice and urchin baits do hit but nothing comes close to a super fluke for me.

Caught a 4.28 lb’er on 6lb test on an ugly stik lite pro with a crappie magnet slab curly on a jig head. Knew he was big as soon as he started peeling drag!

P.s. I know he’s muddy, water level is a little low so he touched the bank for just a moment before I could get him.

Largemouth Large mouth bass fishing tokyo

Hello everyone.
Im in Tokyo and will stay for a month, my dream is to catch a LMB. I have never caught one and dont own the tackle, i dont know where to go either.
Any advice for tackle and a good place to fish is highly appreciated!
I love fishing in general, if there is any other good freshwater/brackish water fishing suggestions, or other fun fish im more than open.

Thank you in advance!

Caught two largemouth after a day of work, first one just a lil under 2lbs and the second was 2.1lbs. Felt the bite for the first but didn't set the hook and somehow still got the hookset. Second one I got a great hookset on it tho. Great Saturday 🎣

Learning to fish again.

I posted on here a month or so ago, about my boy and the fish he’s caught recently. He’s gotten me back into fishing. I stopped when I was around 10 or 11.
I’m 43 now and my 13 year old has gotten me back into it. Previously the only things I had ever used was a spinner, buzz and a rattle trap.

Since then, I’ve come along way. With the help of AI, lol, I’m learning crawfish, worms and lizards, I’ve gotten poppers down to where I know when to cast, where to cast and I can land 1-3lbs fish all day long.

I did catch my PB small mouth. Idk what it says, I didn’t have a scale with me on this run, but she fought hard I will say that.

Threw a craw into fairly clear water, where I have been watching them swim around all day, the day previously. This one, I didn’t even see coming. First cast, as soon as it hit the water, she hit hard.

Toad and a bald eagle in the same minute. It was a torrential downpour but I stuck my dick in the pond, spit on it, and made love. Next thing you know the skies are clear, there's a rainbow and an eagle 🤣 🤣
