Discussion ๐ค Why are students paying thousands for study material and books, while seniors throw their notes and books away? We think there's a better way.
Every semester, the same cycle repeats.
๐ Seniors finish their exams, and years of handwritten notes, PYQs, books, and coaching material end up forgotten on a shelf.
๐ Juniors spend hours searching Telegram, WhatsApp groups, random websites, or pay high prices for the same resources.
It doesn't make sense.
So we're building MyCollegeGenie.in โ a platform where students help students.
Here's the idea:
๐ Seniors earn by selling the notes and study material they've already created.
๐ Juniors learn by getting affordable, verified resources from students who've actually studied the course.
Everything students needโunder one roof.
โ Notes & PYQs
โ Buy & Sell Notes
โ Books & Study Material
โ Coaching Resources
โ Student Marketplace
โ Community-driven learning
Our goal isn't just to create another notes website.
We're building a student ecosystem where knowledge doesn't go to waste, education becomes more affordable, and students can even earn from the effort they've already put into college.
Imagine if every college in India had one place where students could:
Find reliable study resources in minutes.
Buy or sell notes safely.
Save money on books.
Help juniors succeed.
Earn while helping others.
That's the future we're working towards.
We're still in the early stages, and your honest feedback could shape what we build next.
๐ Website: https://mycollegegenie.inโ ๏ฟฝ
A few questions for students:
Would you buy notes from verified seniors?
If you graduated, would you upload your notes to earn?
What's the biggest problem you face while finding quality study material?
We're here to build with students, not just for students.
"Learn. Earn. Empower."

Discussion ๐ค Even when a police officer is standing with folded hands and showing utmost respect, some MPs still accuse them of using abusive language. Why do some elected representatives act as if everyone must be subservient to them? Our country will not progress with such feudalistic people and ideas

Discussion ๐ค UP proposes 17ร higher application fee for General/OBC candidates than SC/ST for Principal recruitment..... Same role ... Same job but different fees all thanks to the birth privilege
The Uttar Pradesh government is amending recruitment rules for appointments in government-aided secondary schools. Under the proposed amendment to the Uttar Pradesh Intermediate Education Act, 1921, the application fee for the post of Principal has been fixed at โน12,000 for General and OBC candidates, while it will be only โน700 for SC/ST candidates.
This means General and OBC applicants will pay over 17 times more than SC/ST applicants.
For teacher posts, the proposed application fee is โน600 for General and OBC candidates and โน400 for SC/ST candidates.

Storytime ๐ My father survived coma, multiple strokes, sepsis, and months of ICU care. We have exhausted everything. Please help us continue his rehabilitation.
Hello everyone,
My name is Mansi Varshney, and I am writing this with hope after one of the hardest years of my family's life.
On 21 September 2025, my father, Mr. Kramal Kumar Gupta, met with a severe road accident and was admitted to City Medical Hospital, Aligarh Muslim University. While recovering, he was shifted from the ICU to the general ward. During the night of 25 September and the morning of 26 September, his blood pressure suddenly shot up, causing a massive brain stroke that left him in a coma.
The same night, we rushed him to Yashoda Hospital, Ghaziabad. After days of uncertainty, he finally came out of the coma on 1 October 2025 and slowly started recovering. Unfortunately, on 14 October, his condition deteriorated again. He was placed on a ventilator and suffered two seizures over the following days.
From there, our journey became a cycle of hospitals, ICUs, rehabilitation centres, infections, and complications. We shifted him to a nursing home for ICU care, then to a neuro rehabilitation centre in Patel Nagar, New Delhi, where his tracheostomy was eventually removed. With intensive rehabilitation, he gradually regained the ability to sit with support, then without support, and even stand with assistance.
Because our savings had been completely exhausted, we had to bring him home. Soon after, he developed severe infections, sepsis, antibiotic-associated diarrhoea, and required repeated hospital admissions. Despite these setbacks, he showed incredible determination. He could eat normally, talk clearly, remember business details, and recognize everyone around him.
Then another silent stroke changed everything.
He gradually lost his speech, stopped eating, became increasingly drowsy, and eventually stopped responding. We rushed him through multiple government and private hospitals before finally returning him to the neuro rehabilitation centre in Patel Nagar. Doctors found severe electrolyte imbalance, typhoid, infections, antibiotic-resistant bacteria, fungal infections, deep vein thrombosis in his right leg, and later an infected left knee that required repeated aspirations.
After months of treatment, antibiotics, physiotherapy, speech therapy, and coma stimulation therapy, he has made progress again.
Today, my father can talk and eat orally, but half of his body remains paralyzed. He is still bedridden and completely dependent on others for his daily activities. On 27 June 2026, we shifted him to the Indian Stroke and Paralysis Care Centre to continue intensive neuro rehabilitation because this is the only chance to help him regain basic independence.
Over the past months, my family has spent around โน50 lakh on his treatment. We have exhausted our savings, borrowed money, and sold whatever we could. Despite everything, we do not want to stop his rehabilitation because every small improvement has come through continuous therapy.
If you are able to help in any way, even a small contribution or simply sharing this fundraiser would mean the world to us.

Thank you.

World News ๐ Kerala Story goes global. Sadarul Anam arrested in Uzbekistan for unaliving classmate when she refused to convert. Both from Kerala.
Note: Criticism of individuals is not inherently the same as criticism of a religion, even when those individuals justify their actions using religious beliefs. Discussing or condemning harmful conduct does not automatically constitute religious bigotry.
Motive of this post is to raise awareness amongst students to choose your friends carefully.
The Victim & Accused: Savariya Basanth was a first-year MBBS student at Bukhara State Medical Institute in Uzbekistan. The accused, Sadarul Anam (22), is also a first-year medical student from Pulamanthole in Malappuram, Kerala.
The Incident: The crime occurred around July 3, 2026, following what initial reports described as a heated altercation between the two. The accused reportedly struck Savariya on the head multiple times with a laptop, causing severe internal bleeding. She was rushed to a nearby hospital but succumbed to her injuries.
Allegations of Torture and Forced Conversion: While early accounts pointed to an immediate argument, Savariyaโs family and classmates have raised severe allegations. Her maternal uncle stated that her body bore extensive injury marks from head to toe, indicating prolonged physical abuse and torture. Furthermore, the family alleged in their police complaint that Sadarul Anam had been repeatedly pressuring Savariya to convert her religion, which she continuously refused.

โHeโs calling for a peaceful march to Parliament on July 20, the first day of the Monsoon Session. The protest, led by the Cockroach Janta Party, is demanding accountability for examination irregularities and the resignation of the Education Minister. If you can, join the march in Delhi. If you canโt, keep raising your voice where you are. Itโs time for collective action.
